Raul Huillca Callo has been producing coffee for 22 years. This is the first year his crop has been separated as an individual lot. We were taken by the complexity that this coffee has to offer. Expect flavors of stone fruit, a touch of herbal characteristic and a syrupy, textured body.
We roast on Wednesday/Thursday. Your order will ship or will be available for local pick up on Friday.
