The Wayu Koli Kebele (neighborhood) is located just north of the town of Aira in the region of Oromia, Ethiopia. These farms are part of the Asikana Cooperative, which produces exclusively natural processed and Bird Friendly Certified coffees. In this microlot, flavors of melon and grape impart a dense sweetness and a syrupy mouthfeel, followed by a nougat-y aftertaste. It’ll be sure to leave your taste buds dancing and reaching for more.
