This coffee comes to us by way of Kindeng Estate, a 350-hectare coffee farm in PNG that was started back in the 1960s. The slanting slopes this area is known for was planted with coffee by missionaries nearly 110 years ago. With a rich mouthfeel and flavors of apricot, dark chocolate, and cherry this coffee is a shining example of the amazing coffees coming out of this region.
We super excited to be able to showcase this coffee as part of our artist series. In the cup, we’re tasting: a lovely apricot sweetness, rich chocolate mouthfeel, and lingering cherry fruitiness. This is a wonderful example of the stellar quality coming from Papua New Guinea.
