This is a fresh crop arrival from the Yukro cooperative in Jimma. In the past coffee from Jimma was nothing to write home about. Recent advancement in wet-processing has unlocked an inherent quality that was formerly blinded by dry-processing techniques. This coffee is sweet and clean with flavors of nectarine, ginger and a sparkling acidity.
