Baimudan is a white tea produced in Jinggu County within Yunnan Province, China. It is a first flush tea harvested early March in which only 1 leaf and 2 buds are meticulously selected, briefly withered, and finally allowed to air dry. The minute alterations to the natural essence of the leaves results in a complex and fruit-forward cup with a thick, lasting, honey sweetness.
