Velvet...what gives? There’s hardly a better way to describe the first sip of this coffee, produced under the leadership of Eyasu Worasa at the Banko Gotiti washing station. This natural coffee was manually picked from a combination of semi-forest and garden growing conditions and dried on raised beds for 22 days. The resulting cup evokes a luxurious velvety texture with layers upon layers of dessert-like sweetness. Kick your feet up, throw on some sweet tunes and treat yourself to this gem...you deserve it.
