In the search to satisfy the coffee nerds, we’ve found this gem of a coffee. This intensely sweet and well structured ethyl acetate (sugar cane alcohol) process decaffeinated coffee coming from Inzá, Cauca has simply blown us away. This coffee is fermented between 18-36 hours and dried under parabolic coverings. We’re stoked on its creamy body and retention of origin characteristics—hope you like it too.

Decaf Inzá coffee is roasted on Thursday and ships Friday-Tuesday. To ensure the freshest possible product, orders placed after Tuesday during a given roast week will be roasted and shipped by the end of the week.
This coffee is whole bean and is packaged in a 12 oz bag.
