15 producers in the province of Inzá, located deep within Cauca, make up this sweet & silky lot. Here, most family estates are no more than 20-30 hectares in size; each individual coffee is fermented for 12-24 hours and dried on raised beds under parabolic coverings. The resulting cup is straight up comforting, nicely fruited, with a decadent sweetness.

Single Origin coffee is roasted on Sunday and ships Monday-Friday. To ensure the freshest possible product, orders placed after Friday during a given roast week will be roasted and shipped the following week.
