The coffee is then dried on raised beds in its whole fruit, rotated, & resorted over the course of 20-30 days. We’re happy to showcase a clean & textured coffee containing loads & loads of sweetness iconic of superb natural processing.

Single Origin coffee is roasted on Sunday and ships Monday-Friday. To ensure the freshest possible product, orders placed after Friday during a given roast week will be roasted and shipped the following week.
