Santa Barbara is from Edgar Sanchez’s farm in Huehuetenango, where he grows three coffee varietals in heavy clay soil along a steep, east-facing slope at elevations up to 2050 masl. Santa Barbara stood out on the cupping table for its structure and juicy fruit characteristics.
