Steven Vargas comes from a long lineage of pioneering coffee producers whose farming dates back to the 1940s. This coffee comes from Steven’s smallest, most pampered lot, El Fuerte. He grows exclusively Caturra there for its juicy characteristics and because of its high altitude, El Fuerte is harvested last to ensure full fruit maturation. With meticulous drying for 15-18 days and using the latest defect removal technology, this clean, natural processed coffee is sure to summon that special yummy face.
