This unique Lychee Co-Ferment comes from Juan Carlos Mejia and his family's farm Finca La Secreta. Here they work together to nurture over 130,000 coffee trees across 3 hectares. Fertile land and altitudes that reach up to 2050 masl lend ideal conditions for cultivating high quality coffee.
With this particular coffee Juan Carlos utilizes the anaerobic process and pushes it further, adding lychee fruit, natural fruit concentrates, yeasts & microbes. The result is an extremely complex & memorable cup with notes of lychee, white grape, peach tea, and rose. Enjoy.
