Refund policy
We do not accept returns or refunds of coffee or teas due to the perishable nature of the products. We want you to be overjoyed and satisfied with your Coffee & Tea Collective experience so if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at orders@coffeeandteacollective.com.
If products or merchandise have been broken due to shipping and handling, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order along with your order # and a photo of the shipping box and damaged item so we can assist you and report this to our production team, and get it sorted as quickly as possible.
