Guiben is a small project started by Tiancai, a producer with Yunnan Coffee Traders. It's located on his family's land in Yiwu, Xishuangbanna, where he continues to develop new approaches to processing and cultivation.
Several indigenous tribes like Ahka, Dai, and Lahu work collectively at Tiancai community mill, where harvest periods occur between November and February.
This natural Catimor is grown above 1600 masl and dries up to five weeks on raised beds before settling in patios, resulting in a sweet and clean, yet dynamic and balanced coffee. You'll discover notes of stonefruit, caramel, and citrus.
We roast on Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will be shipped or available for local pick up on Friday.
